Books must be in sellable condition (no writing, highlighting, torn pages, or excessive wear)
Original packaging required for direct consumer returns
Returns accepted within specified timeframes (see below by customer type)

Libraries & Schools
Return Window: 60 days from invoice date
Condition: Must be in original condition, unused
Process: Contact us for return authorization number
Refund: Full refund for approved returns
Damaged in Transit: Report within 5 business days for full replacement
Booksellers & Retailers
Return Window: 90 days from invoice date
Return Rate: Up to 20% of total order value
Condition: Books must be in pristine, sellable condition
Process: Return authorization required before shipping
Refund: Full refund minus return shipping costs
Seasonal Adjustment: Extended return window during back-to-school season (through October 31st)
Direct Consumers
Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Condition: Books must be unread and in original condition
Process: Contact customer service for return instructions
Refund: Full refund minus original shipping costs
Exchanges: Free exchanges for damaged or defective books
